Sledding

Joel has been waiting for a good snowfall to come so he can take the girls sledding. Finally it came over Christmas. The first time down the hill Joel went with Sophia because she was not so sure about it. Most of that trip she went with Joel but kept wanting to go again, and again, and again. Everyday after that she wanted to go back. When we went back again she got up the courage to go by herself. Then she was on a role. She figured out how to sit down on the sled, get herself started, sled down the hill screaming the whole way, and then carry the sled back to the top of the hill.

Hannah also got in on the action with Daddy holding her. Once she got her first taste of adrenaline rush it was all over. She would not stop crying out "again, again, again" until we would take her again. Finally we had to stop and she threw quite a fit.
