The interesting thing was that the person who was most traumatized by this whole experience was not Sophia, or her parents, it was Hannah. Hannah was lost a daycare that her sister was not there with her. She has been with her sister almost all of her life and she didn't know what to do when she was not there. Then when I came to drop off Sophia at daycare Hannah heard my voice and started crying because she wanted me.

First Day of Preschool
Sophia had her first day of preschool on Wednesday. She did great. We had visited before and she was really excited. She wanted to go at 7 a.m. and could not understand why it was not open yet. We got her backpack all ready and when we got there she went and put her backpack in her cubby and then went to start playing. I gave her a kiss and was off. No crying. She was great. Afterwards she was very excited and told me all about her day. I was a little worried she would have a transition problem going to daycare after that. But I picked her up, took her to daycare and she went right in and sat down for lunch.
