Bunk Beds

So we finally did it. We moved the girls out of their toddler beds and into real beds. I did it for Sophia since her feet were hitting the end of the bed. We got bunk beds that would be singles as well. I was quite concerned about Hannah not listening and going on the top bunk and hurting herself. This fear is grounded in reality because when we were in Texas she loved to climb on Mema and Pepa's top bunks. So the plan was to make two singles and then bunk them later. The only problem was that their room is not really big enough for two twin beds. So we bunked them and then gave Hannah lots of parameters to follow before she could go on the top bunk. Amazingly she has been following them very well. I think that the threat of unbunking them is enough to keep them on the straight and narrow but we will see.

Yep, and as soon as the bunkbeds were up and the perameters set, Mom and Dad leave Mema to enforce them! Hannah was so good that she would even come ask Mema to please come see that she knew the bunk bed rules!
