Sky Ranch Reunion

We were excited to be able to join together with old staff from Sky Ranch who worked there in the 90's when Ron Letnes was the director there over the July 4th weekend. Sky Ranch was a powerful experience for both Joel and I and we have wanted our girls to be able to love Sky Ranch as much as we do. We take them there often to camp, but they were able to see a bit of what it was like when we were there through their experiences that over the weekend.
Here is some of the group who gathered.












Joel and I had fun catching up with old friends. Here are 4 out of the 6 of us who were campers together starting when we were 11 years old. Weird to think that we have been friends for 24 years and we met at camp.














Here is Joel with his backpacking cohorts. The three of them go a trip every year together.














The girls loved playing with my friend, Carrie's baby, Leonardo. Hannah is convinced that Leonardo is still missing her because she was so nice playing with him.















The weekend would not have been complete with out Ron Letnes, the former director there. Here he is getting into the singing.
