Learning to Sleep Through the Night

We stopped nursing a couple of days ago. I had wanted to nurse longer with Hannah but our lives are crazy right now. She would wake up every night at 4 a.m. and want Mama to nurse her back to sleep. Hannah has never learned to put herself to sleep yet because she sleeps in the same room as Sophia. Anytime she starts to cry we whisk her out of the room. Now that there is no more nursing we have set up the pack and play in another room and Hannah is learning the hard lessons of crying her self back to sleep. Sophia learned this at 6 months old. It only took Sophia about a week to get it. Hannah is catching on quickly as well. Hopefully we will get better sleep around here. We all need it.
