Camp

The girls and I went up to confirmation camp last week at the camp where I went growing up and where Joel and I met. We had gone there with the kids once last fall. This was the first time this year. Thankfully, my mom was there as well as the camp nurse and helped to watch the kids. The girls had a blast. They were not the greatest of hikers. Mostly I pushed them in the stroller or carried them in the backpack for the long walks. But they were good walkers all around the camp. Sophia was quite excited to go fishing. Joel was able to come up for a bit at the beginning of the week and took Sophia fishing with his real fishing pole. I was content to let her cast her line and sinker of her Princess Fishing pole with no hook or bait on it. I am not such a fan of touching live fish. Sophia also loved sleeping in the tent with Joel when he was there. Hannah and I stayed in the lodge. Overall, the girls did great and we had a fun week. Here are a few pictures of camp.
