Sweden

So we had a great time seeing our friends in Stockholm. Here they are Derek, Carin, Doreen, and Delen.

The weather was a bit dreary but only snowed the first day for a little bit so that was good. The girls did great flying on the plane for 9 hours. On the way over there they slept for about 5 hours of the flight so that was good. On the way back they did not sleep at all but Sophia loved that the plane had her own personal TV that she could pick the TV show. What this really meant is that she wanted the first 10 minutes of Madagascar about 15 times because she would lose interest after that.

It is different traveling internationally with kids and so we tried to do things that Sophia would like as well. She loved seeing the big boat.

When we when to the palace where the QUEEN lives she enjoyed the guards who protect the queen. She wanted to meet the queen as well but no such luck.

We did get to see some carriages, dresses, armor and other cool things that the queens and kings wore so she got a kick out of that and really liked that she could dress up like a princess as well.

Sophia and our friend's daughter loved to wear the crowns we bought them. They were quite the princesses.
