Just in case anyone wants to know it is official - the Rita's near our house opened this weekend. Of course we had to get out there and celebrate. Sophia has been asking for Rita's since they closed for the season in October. We told her it opened again when it got warm. Too bad it was 40 degrees when we went. She didn't seem to mind. Here is Sophia eating Rita's with my friend Carrie, who was visiting for the afternoon. (Hannah has not been introduced to Rita's yet. She sure wanted some when we were eating it yesterday.)
