Sophia, Child of God
October 29th was two years since Sophia was baptized. Each year we like to celebrate the baptismal anniversary with a special celebration. We are fortunate to live near one of Sophia's god families. They came over for dinner and brought special cupcakes with frosting roses. Sophia loved hers and at ALL the frosting (and none of the cupcake). Here they are together on Sophia's special day.

I'm sorry to miss so many of these celebrations! Remember to use your "special day" plate so you'll know that I'm there in spirit. What is really special for me is to see and know how many other loving people with whom God has blessed you! I always look forward to seeing Dan, Tracie, Ethan, and Olivia when I come. Mema
