Grandma and Grandpa brought gifts from the students they had taught English to in China for three weeks. The students gave Sophia a number of outfits. The interesting thing about the outfits is that they do not have a covering for the butt in them. In China apparently babies have a few more liberties with where they can go to the bathroom. My mom says it is very endearing in China but does not think that this fad will catch on in the US. We have Sophia in one of her outfits but we have her in a diaper and t-shirt as well.

I love seeing these pictures. I can see how Sophia is growing. She is getting some of that wonderfully endearing "baby fat." She must be eating well!
I agree with your mom. I don't think I would want my baby to be able to "go potty" anywhere and anytime she wanted. Still, the outfit and Sofia are quite cute.
